Virtue of Reciting Quran

فضل ترتيل القرآن

Aisha may Allah be pleased with Her Said: The Messenger of Allah PBUH Said: The one who recites the Qur’an and is skilled at it is (will be in the Day of Judgment) with the honourable and righteous Scribes (Angels), and the one who recites the Qur’an and stutters in it. At the same time, it is difficult for him will have double rewards.

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏

الذي يقرأ القرآن وهو ماهر به مع السفرة الكرام البررة، والذي يقرأ القرآن ويتتعتع فيه وهو عليه شاق له أجران‏

The Virtue of Honesty

فضل الصدق

Abdullah bin Masoud may ِAllah be pleased with Him Said: The Messenger of Allah PBUH Said: Indeed, honesty leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise, and a man should tell the truth and seek truthfulness until he is recorded with Allah as truthful, and that lying leads to immorality, and immorality leads to Hell, and a man To lie and try to lie until he is written before Allah as a liar.

عن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : إنَّ الصِّدقَ يَهدي إلى البِرِّ وإنَّ البِرَّ يَهدي إلى الجنَّةِ وإنَّ الرَّجلَ ليصدقُ ويتحرَّى الصِّدقَ حتَّى يُكتبَ عندَ اللَّهِ صدِّيقًا وإنَّ الكذبَ يَهدي إلى الفجورِ وإنَّ الفجورَ يَهدي إلى النَّارِ وإنَّ الرَّجُلَ ليَكذِبُ ويتحرَّى الكذِبَ حتَّى يُكتَبَ عندَ اللَّهِ كذَّابًا

Expiations of Sins

مكفرات الذنوب

Abu Hurairah may Allah be pleased with Him narrated that the Messenger of Allah PBUH Said: The five daily Prayers, Friday (Prayer) to Friday (Prayer), and (Fasting of) Ramadan to (Fasting of next) Ramadan are expiations for what comes between them if major sins are avoided.

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: الصلوات الخمس، والجمعة إلى الجمعة، ورمضان إلى رمضان مُكَفِّراتٌ لما بينهنَّ إذا اجتُنبَت الكبائر

Good Manners

حسن الخلق

Abu Darda may Allah be pleased with Him Said that the Prophet PBUH Said: There is nothing heavier in the scale of a believer on the Day of Resurrection than good character, and Allah hates the obscene and indecent person.

عن أبي الدرداءرضي الله عنه قال أَن النبيَّ ﷺ قالَ: مَا مِنْ شَيءٍ أَثْقَلُ في ميزَانِ المُؤمِنِ يَومَ القِيامة مِنْ حُسْنِ الخُلُقِ، وإِنَّ اللَّه يُبْغِضُ الفَاحِشَ البَذِيَّ

Who is Miserable?

من هو البائس؟

Al-Hussein bin Ali bin Abi Talib may Allah be pleased with them both Said: The Messenger of Allah PBUH Said: The miserly is the one in whose presence I was mentioned but he did not Pray for me.

عَنِ الحُسَينِ بنِ عَلِيٍّ بنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رضي الله عنهما قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : الْبَخِيلُ مَنْ ذُكِرْتُ عِنْدَهُ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيَّ
